Melodic Revolution Records To Embark On A Very Special Tribute Series.

Melodic Revolution Records is about to undertake its most ambitious project ever. We are planning on a series of tribute releases. The purpose of these releases is to showcase independent bands and musicians while paying homage to the bands that forged the sound of music as we know it. Each release will be released as a FREE digital only album.

Our first one in the works is “A Tribute to Our Founding Fathers of Classic Rock, Vol. 1.” Attached is a list of the tracks we are considering the following songs.

James Gang - Ashes the Rain and I
Humble Pie – I Don’t Need No Doctor
Canned Heat – On the Road Again
Deep Purple - When a Blind Man Cries
Lee Michaels – Stormy Monday
Robin Trower - Bridge of Sighs
Wishbone Ash – Phoenix
Blue Oyster Cult - Then Came the Last Days of May
Ten Years After – I’d like to Change the world
Janis Joplin - Cry Baby
It’s a Beautiful Day – White Bird
Wings - Maybe I'm Amazed
The Doors – When the Music’s over
The Sensational Alex Harvey Band – Framed

We are currently seeking bands that are looking to gain some exposure while paying tribute to the bands that have influenced so many generations of musicians. If you are interested in participating in this project please contact me via Melodic Revolution Records. We will only accept quality recordings for this project.
Cheers Nick.
